In recent 2 decades, esthetic dentistry has evolutionary developed for both of clinician and our patients, and it is said that treatment outcome without esthetic in anterior area should be called as ‘FAILURE’, not to mention without function.

Within such treatments, not only natural teeth, but implant dentistry, gradually and definitely, has become one of our routine works. But here again, we have to consider the total difference between teeth and implant prior to putting implants into oral cavity.
